NotePad Pro is designed to facilitate the organization and creation of notepads in both typed and handwritten formats. These notepads serve various purposes, including note-taking, reminders, shopping lists, homework records, meeting notes, and lecture summaries. Users can compile their notepads into a comprehensive book, categorize them selectively, or choose individual notepads for focused access. The application offers functionalities for printing, emailing, setting reminders or SMS notifications (typed text only).

Two primary functions are available:

• NotePad Categories - Users can create, modify, or delete categories for their notepads. Category management includes options to select an existing photo from the device’s album or to capture a new one. Deleting a category will also remove all associated notepads. The search feature allows quick retrieval by entering the category name. Photos associated with categories can be updated or replaced as needed.
• Notepads - Within each category, users can create, edit, or delete individual notepads. There is also an option to delete all checked notepads or remove them separately. Each notepad includes fields for title, associated photo, typed and handwritten notes, and a completion status indicator (checked/unchecked). Users may select photos from their album or capture new images. Creation time and date are automatically recorded but can be modified. Text formatting options include adjustable font type, size, and color.

The search functionality allows users to locate notepads by entering the title; details are then displayed accordingly. Handwritten notes can be personalized with adjustable color and line thickness, including options for solid or dashed lines. The shape drawing tools encompass arcs, lines, rectangles (solid and filled), squares (solid and filled), diamonds (solid and filled), circles (solid and filled), semicircles (solid and filled), ellipses (solid and filled), triangles (solid and filled), among others. Stickers or emoticons can be added for visual enhancement.

Background images for handwritten notes are customizable via photo selection or capture. These notes can be saved directly to the device’s photo album. The application supports sharing options such as emailing the notepad with its content embedded in the email body and as a PDF attachment, printing directly, deleting entries, setting reminders, or sending SMS messages (typed text only). The generated PDF files are compatible with platforms including WhatsApp, Messenger, iBooks, Yahoo Mail, Evernote, Notes app, Viber, iCloud Drive, among others.
